Basil Pesto
is made very fast and easy. It can be kept for a long time in a preserving jar,
covered by a little layer of olive oil. Pesto is perfect if you need a very
tasteful meal, also when guests will come and you don’t have enough time or you
aren’t in the mood to do a lot. ;-)
For this
delicious basil pesto you need:
1 bunch basil
100g pine
nuts
70g
parmesan cheese
3 cloves
of garlic
125ml
olive oil
Salt
Now you
just have to fill all ingredients, except the salt, into a blender. You need to
puree it until it has become a paste-like substance. In the end you season it
with some salt.
To serve
put it over hot noodles.
